LIONHEART LIVE ARTS & YOUTH THEATRE

Lionheart Live Arts and Youth Theatre creates new performances for all to share truths, open possibilities, and push our culture forward. Through the exploration of interdisciplinary collaborations, inclusive and place based storytelling, we make space for youth to harness their power and agency to question and create a fair and just world around them.

The company is currently working with HUME Consulting to incorporate as a 501 c-3 and will be announcing board appointees and employment opportunities soon!

Please join us for our upcoming workshops & events:

Summer Creation Intensive:  We are excited to announce our upcoming project collaboration with The New Ballet Ensemble & School and The Stax Music Academy and receipt of the National Map Creation Fund Award. The project is currently recruiting 30 High School artists, from both organizations to participate in a Summer workshop and co-create the performance, which will take place Oct 19th, during the Soulsville USA festival. The summer intensive runs July 8th -26th. LLAYT will offer daily workshops facilitated by local and national artists in writing, documentary theatre, and improv.
